What volume do you keep your Windows Phone at?

30. Since Windows Phone doesn't provide the option to import custom txt/alert sounds (only ringtones), and the preloaded sounds are pretty bad in the high noise environment in which I spend a lot of my day in, anything less than 30 is impossible to hear. It's a pain to import ringtones too, which usually don't end up being loud enough.

Htc trophy, 30 all day errday.

When I'm listening to music I gotta turn the ring off or risk pissing my pants when I get a text!

LOL!! If I plug my phone into the aux in my car, I do the same thing! Now granted that isn't too often, as I still use my Zune HD for 99% of my media consumption.

lmao I connect it via Bluetooth and god forbid I get a phone call or a text and have a heart attack while driving!

Also, ive found that Bluetooth is good for music, but for phone calls and voice commands, the audio becomes really distorted and cracky. anybody else?

30 all the time... I don't know if my Lumia 800 has a damaged speaker, but it feels as though it is not as loud as it used to be. A Blackberry 8900 sounds louder a bit beyond half its max volume.

Like a previous poster said, in noisy environments, if it wasn't for the vibration I wouldn't notice an incoming call or message.

Always at a 10, now though about 13ish since I think speaker is dying out. And of course 30 when going to bed.

HTC HD7:

15-17 when using headphones while commuting
14-16 no headphones during general use.
30 when in bed and while plugged into aux.

Lumia 710

30 in pocket (setting to vibrate when silence is needed)
15 for personal use (games and stuff) and headphones.

The speaker being at the back directs the sound away from me so i need the loudness or my hand to redirect the sound waves towards the front of the device.
