What was that photo app?

I'm hoping someone can help me. I used to have an app installed that would allow me to edit a photo by drawing an outline around a part of the photo that I wanted to feature. It would them blur out the parts of the photo that I hadn't traced out. Does this ring a bell at all?

Don't think so - I think that was written to simulate a blurred start screen for use as a background on the lock screen. I did have that installed before i found Lock Buster, though. This app was more of a full featured image editing app. Thanks for the suggestion.

What phone are you using? If you're using a Lumia, it may be the Nokia Creative Studio. There's a blur feature there.

Are u looking for "creative studio" app? You can see the list of apps you had installed on ur phone from the windows phone website. You can easily search for the app there.

Fotor has it available on their web site, but not in the WP8 app.
