whatr can i do if file that need to be open on the computer dont open

i tried to backup my sticki notes, by using the windows instroctions. the instroctions guide me to use this:

%LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

on the run code but all i get is an error message.
what else can i do to backup my sticki notes?
