None is needed, since there are no known viruses for Windows Phone.

WP apps are sandboxed, which is what makes it so safe and is the reason why we don't need a anti-virus program (for now)

You can go into storage sense and there is a setting where you can clear cache files

AV/sweeper it says in the post...

Yeah, AV isn't there for Windows Phone aside from the protections baked into the OS.
