What's that blue dot in the upper left corner?

After I updated to the latest Win10 Mobile version and did a hard reset on a Lumia 920 I suddenly noticed a blue dot in the uppper left corner, even above the network signal icon. After a few click it went away, and haven't seen it since.

But I'm really curious what this dot means....
