What's with the Microsoft store ??!!

I bought a Lumia 1520 for my sister as a Christmas present
And I can't download and install apps from Microsoft store for her
And then my phone got that problem too
What is going on ?

Quite strange I can download apps and updates as per normal,true soft reset in her new phone

May be windows phone store server down in your region...

Make sure you visit the version of the store that corresponds to your region.

I'm in the UK, so have to visit windowsphone . com / en-gb / store if I am to download apps successfully.

It was good before Christmas though !!!
