In the last few days some of the files i receive on whatsapp are not downloading.
Most of them get downloaded in the first "try" but the ones which aren't, do not get downloaded at all. It doesn't matter how many times i try. It doesn't matter if I'm on mobile internet or WIFI. I've checked and it has also nothing to do with my storage or the size of the files.
When pictures or videos are not downloaded i get a message from the app (pic below in german): "the file isn't available anymore, please ask xxxx to send it again" or something this way.
They are not important files at all but it is annoying in the end.
