Whatsapp not opening. Check the screenshot - Any help would be appriciated!

Don't want to reinstall as I would lose important data. Please help!

Nothing happens when I click on Whatsapp icon-



Switched on & off many time still not working.

How? It's not even opening.

Look .. Backup the whole applications you have using the setting backup .. Then try to reinstall another app to see if the data will be restored again.. I did that before and it work
If it's restored do the process with WhatsApp

Do you have it installed to the SD card?

If so:

1. Reboot your phone
2. Tell it not to scan your SD card
3. Move WhatsApp and any other apps to your phone memory
4. Format your SD card
5. Move your apps back to your card (optional)

I had this happen with a number of apps a bit ago. Now I only have pictures, videos, and downloads save to the SD card.
