Whatsapp Not WORKING for PAST 1 HOUR

my whatsapp is not working for past one hour. I have re-installed it million times but still not able to connect.

Are many facing this problem. ?

Down in US and my friends in Canada say its disconnected too. Im assuming its not only WP8 cause my friends with iphones cant connect either. I hope they fix it soon. Hope someone in WPcentral sees this post and spreads the word. Be patient ive emailed the whatsapp support, still waiting for a reply.

If you look at their twitter account you'll see it's not the first time, they've also said 2h ago that they're aware of the issue and are working on it, so, CHILL!!!
