Whatsapp not working

Hi, whatsapp wont open for me, it is on my start screen but it has become transparent? Any help appreciated thanks

Reinstall the app. One of the latest app updates may have caused this issue. My WhatsApp couldn't even launch a few days ago, but after uninstalling and reinstalling the app it began to work normally again.

If a quick reinstall didn't work, try restarting the phone before installing it again: Uninstall > Restart phone (just turn it off and on) > Reinstall.

Had same problem yesterday, I uninstall the app, restart the phone and reinstall whatsapp, Now it?s working again!

It's automatically fixed itself when I connected it to 4G Wi-Fi.
