WhatsApp notification sounds

I am having this issue with WhatsApp on my Lumia 950 xl where the notification sounds settings automatically rest to none. This happened twice so far and I'm not sure what causes it. All other apps have their settings intact except for WhatsApp

Did anyone suffer from the same issue.

It was happening to me,every phone restart the notifications would go to none.
on the last 2 months, i have done 2 hard reset for other reasons,on first when using the backup this dumb bug continued, anyway on the second reset without backup it doesn't happens anymore.Maybe for something so simple a hard reset without backup will be to much.

With my Lumia 950 i have the same issue.

I have the same problem with my Lumia 930.

Before that i've had the same issue on my Lumia 920, and no Soft Reset, Hard Reset or app remove/install resolved the problem.
I have no idea about the reason and way to fix it.
