WhatsApp tile freezing after recent update !?

After the update the live tile is frozen and is turned very light. Its stops working every now and then, it doesn't even open can someone help me out here, I even reported the bug, does anyone else have this problem im on cyan with a Lumia 820??????

I contacted support but they didn't respond hopefully they release a patch for this bug
