Given the fact that fluent system design language was introduced for fall 2017 update to windows 10 can we expect to see consistent and quite complete user interface in windows 10?
It seems like this new graphics style should be the only solution for a while, so I'd say that it next year's Fall update will bring the last Fluent features and we will have a consistent UI in W10.
Unfortunately I don't think it can happen any time sooner. There's still a lot of work on the basic UI and then to implement it into Fluent.. not an easy thing to do.
