When I accidentally deleted my account on www.windowphone.com

Hello, i am a hong kong user and using lumia 925. I accidentally deleted my window phone account detail on www.windowphone.com.
Now i can't buy the apps online and do any remote control, for example i can't delete my phone information or lock my phone.....
When i click the MY PHONE, PURCHASE HISTORY or FIND MY PHONE, nothing shown and no reaction.
I am wondering if i can rebuild a account on the website that i can manage my phone online.

By they way that www.windowphone.com/ isn't Windowsphone.com/Hong Kong

I did that too and contacted WP support already. They said I have to reset my phone. No other way.

that is the only way.

Also try logging into your outlook.com account. IT should be reactivated but unfortunately I believe you need to hard reset your phone.

hard reset and adding back my account on phone dosent show me any result

I have the same problem. Hard reset doens't do the trick. Nothing showing up on windowsphone.com
