When is Cortana availible in South Africa?

I am tired of changing my default location and regional settings to use Cortana. It works amazing well here in South Africa. So when will Cortana be officially available here? Cortana is already on the phone, just deactivated. The services Cortana gives is far superior that Siri and Google Now. Come on Microsoft

Well I am currently 4 generations into using a windows phone, I have tried to remain positive but the pull of ios is just getting stronger. Still no cortana and any hope of actually getting companion apps for gaming are crushed. I just don't see me making it to gen 5. Seems devs steer clear of the platform. Sorry Microsoft, you have a solid handset but your apps are crap!
