Having same problem here with skype and viber both. Can't receive calls unless app is opened, just get a notification of a missed call afterwards. anyone help plz

Is your Skype/Viber maybe installed on a SD card instead of phone memory?

No they both are installed on phone memory

Try delete app, and instal it again. I had issue with apps after windows update, reinstalling fixed it.

And in battery saver are they allowed to work in the background?

Yes I have allowed them to work in background even in battery saver mode. I have also tried re instaling the apps but it didn't work
