When samsung ativ s will get an official wp8.1 ?

I wanna ask, when the release will be aviable for us - ativ s users? I mean the official one? I was read something about 24.07 , but till today i havent newer version from .895
I am in Bulgaria

Thanks for the replays. I`ll wait, and i hope it will be able to update without need to reflash and downgrade from 8.1 dp to 8.0 before actual upgrade with official wp8.1
