When will 8.1.1 rollout to phones running Retail 8.1/Cyan?

Hi guys,

I was wondering whether anybody here with experience of the Developer Preview programme might be able to hazard a guess as to how long it will take Update 1/GDR1 to roll out to consumer phones? Would it be a matter of weeks or months?
