When will DP cyan be released in Australia ?

Why is it that developers preview has the bitlocker problem ? I would have thought it would be fixed first in a beta that being the DP ? Than the official release. There must be more than one build running at a time.

It was an unexpected issue. You should receive the update soon as it started rolling out for DP users.

So how many builds are running simultaneously ? Surely the DP build should have been fixed first ? what are the developers using ? if not DP ?
