I ha ve lumia 730 DS with Windows 8.1 update 1 with OS version 8.10.14167.221
when would I get update to GDR2 or "Hey Cortana" feature.

"Hey Cortana" - never at this moment as your Snap Dragon 400 cpu is not supported.
GDR2 - Only Microsoft would know this.

Microsoft killing its mobile is... And I don't know why it happening.... They have to recreate it again but the world's biggest software company showing they failed in this case. .
