When will Lumia 520 devices will get update 8.1.1 preview for developers or the final update after the Lumia Cyan Update?

If you're asking about an update for the preview for developers we really don't know when these updates will be released. If you're asking when the Update 1 will be released for your device outside of the preview for developers, unfortunately it's likely to be a little while because carriers really slow the update process down as they have to do extensive testing.

Update1 is already out on developers preview the official one will take some time
