When will this go live?

So.. after previewing the Technical Preview version of Windows 10 for quite some time, I uninstalled it last month, put in Windows 8.1, and started off.
Here's the thing. After the event today, I really felt the craving to go back to Windows 10 TP, so I visited the site, and here's what they showed me.
Any idea when this will come back on, and I would be able to download it once again?

Didn't they mention at the Win10 event that there'll be an update next week? With a phone preview next month...

Yeah the New tp will come out next week in multiple languages. The phone preview will be available some time in February
