I read & attempt to answer questions posted here, HOWEVER, when you post
:

• Either fill out your complete PASSPORT information, or
• Where are you ?
• What device ?
• What version of software ?
• Firmware (i.e. Black, Cyan, Amber ...)
• Developer Preview ?
• and, in some cases, where'd you get the phone - are you using a HK variant in Luxemborg ?

... any other tangent information - you may get an answer - without the information, it becomes difficult to answer !

I agree with this. I would love to help people having trouble with their problems in any way I can but sometimes the lack of information on their posts really make things difficult. This deserves a sticky for everyone to see.
