where and how to buy Band 2 to get it in Sweden

MS does not sell Band 2 here in Sweden.
I know I can order it from Amazon in UK to get it here.
Are there any other alternatives ? Considering price and return policy ?

I would go the Amazon UK-route to get it as there are no stores that have imported it here. The only problem is knowing what size "you are".

they were really helpfull
