Where are glance screen settings?

I updated my Lumia 640XL with W10m Every new W10app worked except all original w8.1 apps. I even had glance screen settings.
So finally I did hard reset and installed everything from scratch. All I am missing now is glance screen settings. Using SysApp pusher I found the link but listing in store says app is not compatible with OS. Although description of app says it is optimized for w10. Must be missing something.
