Where are my Min and Max buttons in Windows 10?

When I bring any Windows 10 screen up, there are neither a Min nor a Max button.

Those only show in Desktop mode. Swipe from the right, or click the icon next to the date/time and unselect tablet mode. The layout will change, and there ya go
