where are my pictures stored on my pc upon synchonisation with my Lumia 640 ?

After connecting my Lumia 640 to my PC and asking for synchronisation my pictures, the work seems to have been done but I do not see where my pictures are stored on my PC

Try checking your Pictures folder in your PC - it should be under "From [phone name]".
