Where are "Set as Background" pictures stored for Windows 10?

I selected a picture for "set as background" using the right mouse click. It updated my background, but now I want to remove the picture from my computer. I see it when I try to update my background through "Settings", but I cannot find it when browsing. Any idea where "set as background" places files when using Internet Explorer 11 and Windows 10?
