Where are the three dots to select download on groove music?

In the guide to how to use Groove music it says you have to select by clicking the three dots, the options and one of them is download

It's difficult understanding exactly what it is you are trying to accomplish here. The 3 dots are for "more" actions because there isn't room to display them all. The "Download" option is because the song you have selected is "online" and not local to your device.
