Where have my paid apps gone to?

My paid apps gone away!

So I have one main microsoft account and use it for my xbox account and windows phone account. I had bought songs and games on my phone. Later on my account was corrupting and had lots of glitches in it so on my xbox (not on the pc) i switched my microsoft account to a new account. I reset my phone so I could sign into my new account but now all of my paid apps and songs arent there anymore. Please help I really want my apps and games back.

You have to use the account that was used to make these purchases, setting up a new account doesn't move the apps and games to it.

How did your account get "glitched?"
