Where is the info on the new document shredding feature

It's undocumented as of today, but we are curious as to where you are letting your readers know not to install the latest update... I've been pausing updates on all Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise machines until this problem is resolved. To do anything less, in light of the information presented online, would be negligent.
