Where on my PC is the encrypted area for OneDrive's Personal Vault?

Microsoft say that files in OneDrive's Personal Vault are stored in the cloud (as expected) and also on your PC in a BitLocker encrypted area. Apparently this requires Windows 10 1903, which is what I have installed. Does anyone know where this area is located on the PC and whether it is accessible?

Assuming the default path, it should be C:\Users\%UserName%\OneDrive\Personal Vault
