Where to buy new headphone connection

After half a year I took my 1520 out of the drawer and still found it better than the Note 4 I have since then. The main reason to switch was the headphone connection which was broken.
I presume that the wiring in the existing version is broken. So I have to have a new one. But where can you buy another one? And how do you call the headphone part in a smallphone?

I'd suggest getting a Bluetooth headset instead, as it will likely cost less while being more useful
