The sequel to Obsidian's exceptional classic RPG Pillars of Eternity is coming out. Here's where you can buy it.
Obsidian brought the world an excellent, but flawed RPG in 2015 called Pillars of Eternity. What made it so special was the homage paid to classic games like Baldurs Gate. It played well, looked gorgeous, and the story was enticing. There were a number of minor issues, however. Obsidian went back to the drawing board, came up with a sequel to continue the storyline, and further developed the lore.
The result is Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, which launches on May 8.
