Which countries do not have access to dropbox

I've got an app that hosts files on dropbox required for the app. Some users, I believe mostly or all foreign, experience crashes. I believe that not having access to dropbox may be the issue. Of course, I cant get any of them to tell me if they have access to it so I have no way of knowing for sure.

Does anyone know if dropbox can't be accessed by some countries?
