i updated my Lumia 520 to lumia cyan but i want to reset it.i wanna knw which OS will be retained Lumia Black or the new Cyan

Resetting your phone does not change the OS or firmware version.

The only way you could go back to a previous version, if available, is by using the Nokia Recovery Tool.
