Which photo app is best: Camera360 or PicsArt?

Now that a bunch of people got PicsArt, which one you people think is the best one?

Best for what?

Since I own a 1020, Nokia Camera is best. I dont think anything else will take the 34/38MP shots. I like Camera360 for double exposure and HDR Photo Camera for HDR.

Nokia Camera for taking (or HDR Photo Camera for HDR) and Fantasia or Fhotoroom for editing. I don't think PicsArt is all that good to be honest.
