Which ring should i choose for my lumia 930?

Since my device wont get the CU update according to the news, so which ring should i hop in to get the update and if i get into one, cani hop out from it and still operate the device normally or do i have to stay as an insider?

Hop into the slow ring to get the update, and yeah, you can switch rings whenever you want to.
