Which update is this?

I am running Windows Phone OS 8.10.12393.890 on my Lumia 520 (with Cyan) and I just enrolled for the Preview for Developers program and immediately got a notification that there is an update ready for download. Which update is this? I can't find any information on this anywhere.

Right after downloading (if you do proceed to download it), it should show you the "new" OS version you're going to be installing. That might help.

The current level for the DP is 8.10.14176.243. I don't know if you'll get to this level in one update, or if it will take several.

Yup. I applied the updates (in one go though) and now I'm at 8.10.14176.243

But the update looks like it caused quite a lot of battery issues. I guess I shouldn't have applied it lol

Do a soft reset (power + volume down until Nokia logo appears). The update process isn't flawless, tends to leave odd stuff running on the phone that eats the battery.

I uploaded it on my 520 my battery life has improved tremendously I was getting only 13 hours earlier n now it has gone upto 17 hours

after update i did hard reset and update all app store...everything works great and about battery no problem. in use without data phone in great states..with data same as android phone that i have

I've seen the same rumor on this site. We'll just have to see if it's correct.
