If you're not on a budget I would go with the Hp elite x3 or Lumia 950/XL preferably the 950/XL. If money is an issue go with the Lumia 650.

you could also try for the lumia 640

Depends on you. I personally suggest you not invest too much money in Windows 10 Mobile at this time. So if you're looking for one to try, the Lumia 640 or 650 may be for you. (the 830 if you'd like some fancier features)

Its the perfect time to buy Lumia 950/xl their price has recently been slashed....u won't be putting a burden on ur budget at all
