Who has bugs? (on/off contract)

Does anybody off contract has this problems with wi-fi, connection lost, etc.?

nope, but its typically an ATT problem..i've seen similar errors on my past Droid devices and my wife's iPhone

Hmm, what would contract status have to do with the bugs? The phone is still locked to the AT&T network. And with the Nokia Network Setup app offline, nobody can buy it off contract and use it with an MVNO unless they're willing to go without MMS messaging.
