Who is actually using Microsoft's Guardian app?

I just installed Guardian app with some effort to log in. Any of you using it? Do you find it worthy? Specifically the "Complaint" section?

FYI for those who don't know the app, it's a personal safety app developed by a Microsoft team in India. As far as I can see, it's only for use in India.
