Why, after I did factory reset, I can't start all settings?

why after i did factory reset i can.t start all settings

before i was update mi phone lumia 640 xl to windows 10
then i did factory reset then it turn back to windows 8.1
now after i started mi phone i dont see any apps nothing no app store no internet explorer nothing when i tray to start all settings icon then it says
you need to download app to run these task
download from app store
yes no
when i press yes nothing happens i really need help fast

this could never ever happen if you have once updated to windows 10.


either you are providing false information or you are missing out on something more

* although you could use WDRT to flash your device again

yeah, unless your

factory reset then it turn back to windows 8.1

was done via the Windows Device Recovery Tool.
Either way, it is probably a good idea to do a hard reset or use the WDRT.
