why am I getting an echo when I talk on my Lumina 630?

When I am talking on the phone I can hear my own voice with a split second delay.

Hi and welcome to WindowsCentral.

How loud do you have the volume set for your calls? You might be able to eliminate the echo if you turn down the volume. What you are saying might be picked up by the speaker that you hear from the caller if your microphone level is at a high volume.

Please let us know if decreasing the volume eliminates the echo you're hearing in the speaker.
