Why am I getting errors while installing OS using Nokia software updater?

Error While installing os using Nokia software updater

hi all ... i am using nokia lumia 920 ...as my phn suffering from restart cycle i was trying to flash it using NSU 2.1.0. but while installing the updates i got a error 01x80131500...can any one tell me what the error means and how to recover...or is there any other app where i can recover my phone.....

PS : A black screen with time and date and emergency call view showing in my phone with a msg 'Try again in 2 minutes showing ' every time befeore rebooting again In my phone ..

This is the Nokia Software Recovery Tool. Be sure to read the information at the website before use.

It does erase everything on the on phone but it should fix things.
