Why am I getting the Lock Screen on Startup?

Ever since I switched from Microsoft account to a local account, I know see the Lock screen on every startup. I'm also seeing it when I restart. Has any one else experience this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response, and for the link. Unfortunately it looks like it's a broken link.

I'm getting the lock screen before the login page, and that's what I'd like to stop from showing up. I don't want to disable the lock screen when my pc goes to sleep.

Sorry the link posted earlier does not work. My fault.

There is nothing wrong about disabling the lock screen from restart. You still have to sign in.
Give it a try. You can always undo it with the same tutorial.
