Problems connecting to internet after Windows 8.1 update

Hi
My HTC 8X has just updated to Windows 8.1 and ever since I have been unable to access the internet unless using wifi. I have fiddled with the settings and apn carry on but to no avail. As a last resort I reset the phone but it still wont connect to the internet, I am on giff gaff.

Any advice would be appreciated
