Why am I not able to access the internet even if my phone is connected to wifi?

Phones are connected to wifi, but cannot access internet

Both windows and Android phones are connected to wifi, but cannot access internet connection to these mobiles,

Doesn't that more than one phone showing similar problem lead you to check if your internet service is working good?
