Why am I not able to download Candy Crush Saga?

I'm not able to download candy crush saga

While downloading the app it get stopped and show attention required and I have also tried to download from the laptop but it is having the problem with it also. Please help me out.

Remove candy crush saga from the download list. Make sure you don't already have it in your app list, if you do uninstall. Then hold down power button and volume down button until it vibrates. On desktop do the same thing. Remove from download list, make sure it's not in app list, if so uninstall and then type wsreset into cortana.
