Why am I seeing an exclamation point on my screen? I cannot do anything at all.

I am only seeing a black screen with an exclamation point on my Blu win hd. What should I do please?

I think u triggered hard reset with key combination.. Press these keys now.. Vol up>vol down>power>vol down... This will begin hard reset and u'll be able to use your phone..
